This is episode 69 of the Pam Sowder Podcast, with your host, Pam Sowder! Pam has over 2 decades of field and corporate experience and was voted one of the most influential women in direct selling. She helps match the daily needs of distributors to everyday life challenges.

Today’s episode is an exciting one! Amanda Buescher is joining the podcast! Amanda is an Ambassador Diamond and a top money earner with It Works! Global. She’s been with the company for 5 ½ years and is a wife and a momma of two little boys. Her husband, Derek, is also with the company and is currently a Presidential Diamond. When Amanda first got started, she was a dental hygienist working full-time. She quickly caught the vision after attending her first local event and within five months she retired her corporate career and became a full-time, present mom. Amanda has paid off $120k of student loans, $50k of credit card and medical debt, and is currently running hard towards Double Diamond! Her mission is to continue to use God’s gifts; the ones that he’s given her to bless so many lives daily, serve others, and give back more than ever. And you know what? She says she’s just getting started!

In this episode, Amanda shares her invaluable nuggets of wisdom about this business of network marketing! She speaks to the moms who are listening right now and are not sure how to truly get started, gives advice to her past self from 5 ½ years ago when she just got started, and speaks about her important daily rituals that keep her motivated and thriving!
